Frequently asked questions

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, reach out to customer support or view all FAQ's

Is this legal?
Yes. We are a federally licensed firearms dealer located in the state of Indiana. You, the seller, are covered under our license just as you would be if you walked into our store with the item. There are no laws preventing you from selling your firearm to us.
How do I know if my AN/M2 is a transferable machine gun?
Many AN/M2s were registered before the 1986 cutoff, particularly those built on sideplates from DLO, ERB, or other manufacturers. Some rare C&R examples exist and carry higher collector value. If you have a Form 4, it should be transferrable. For an example of a Form 4, CLICK HERE.
What’s the difference between an AN/M2 and a standard M1919?
The AN/M2 is designed for aircraft use and features a lighter barrel and receiver, along with a much higher rate of fire — sometimes exceeding 1200 rounds per minute. It’s more compact and mechanically distinct from the standard ground M1919A4 or A6.
How do I sell a machine gun I inherited?
First you will want to locate the Form 4 associated with the firearm. The firearm will need to be transferred to an eligible person, typically identified in the deceased person's will. Once the firearm has been transferred to you, you will be legally able to sell it. For questions regarding the estate transfer of your machine gun, please contact us for assistance.
How do I ship an AN/M2 to you?
If you accept our offer, we will handle all paperwork requirements and fees. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed shipping instructions. Depending on the configuration, accessories like tripods or mounts may need to be shipped separately. We will guide you through the entire process to ensure safe and legal transfer.
How long are offers good for?
Offers are valid for 14 days.
Can I sell multiple firearms?
Absolutely! Once firearm information has been submitted, you will have the ability to submit additional firearms for review and offers. These firearms will be viewable from your user panel, which you access from your initial offer email. If you have a large number of firearms or an estate, it's best to contact us directly (just to save you a lot of time).
